Tremendously helpful staff - we brought a highschool sports team here and the manager and desk staff helped us correct reservations and situate everyone perfectly. I am so thankful and we'll be staying there again in the future (this was out second stay and they maintained the same great service for the second year in a row!)
The location was perfect- close to everything. I also enjoyed the breakfast. which was a real highlight of my stay. overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend Best Western Chieftain Inn and will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. Thank you for a memorable visit!

Be aware that there is no elevator and no help upstairs with suitcase. No help either with waffle mix. Rather worn motel, outdoor pool. Relatively lower cost than most motels here. Good sized room.
King suite, very nice room, jetted tub. Very good room service,( stayed two nights, room made up for the second night just like when I arrived). When booking online, I did not notice that there was NO elevator (King suite are only on the 2nd floor, clear at the end of the very long hallway.) I am old and slightly disabled, stairs were a problem. On the weekend, breakfast is available at 7am, online booking did not mention that (I had to leave both mornings before 6:30am.) Lastly, the TV Turner was very low on batteries, waited over a hour for help, finally just fell asleep. The room and jetted tub was the highlight of the stay.
We had a great stay here. We spent 4 days, 3 nights here. Their service was pretty good other than not fixing the refrigerator in one of our rooms which didn't work at all. The breakfast was very yummy with plenty of options. We also got to use the hot tub. The kids and I really enjoyed the hot tub under the stars in the 20°+ weather.
We're in Wenatchee every weekend for the next 12 to 14 weeks. We stayed in another hotel the first weekend and we were very disappointed. So, we decided to check this place out. The room here was bigger, it was nice that there's a sliding glass door to a patio for the room we were in. The slight negatives are that the room is a bit out dated, and there's very few power outlets. So, definitely suggest bringing a power-strip or two. The room was clean and neat. Definitely recommend this place.
